Deleting your account¶
You can delete your Delegate account at any time, from the web app, the mobile app, or this page. Deletion is permanent.
What gets deleted¶
Deleting your account removes your profile and sign-in, your personal settings, and your membership in any workspaces you belong to. Once your account is deleted you can no longer sign in, and your conversations are no longer accessible to you.
Delete from the app¶
- Sign in at delegate.verinfast.com (or open the mobile app).
- Go to your account settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm. For your security you'll be asked to sign in again before the deletion is accepted.
Your sign-in is disabled right away, and the rest of your data is removed shortly afterward.
If you own a workspace with other people in it¶
If you're the owner of a workspace that still has other members, we won't let the deletion go through on its own — removing you would leave those people without an owner. Transfer the workspace to someone else, or delete the workspace first, and then delete your account. A workspace that only you belong to is removed along with your account.
Request deletion without the app¶
If you can't sign in, email support@verinfast.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify it's you and process the request.
